Trademark Regulation

The word “PSA Academy” is trademarked in many countries around the world. The combination of words was originally an acronym of our Academy as an International Protective and Security Academy - which is included in the protected logo as well.

The trademark is owned by Dr. Norbert Csikany Ph.D., Founder President of PSA Academy and the co-owner of the International PSA Company Group.

The law obligates trademark owners to police their marks and prevent the use of confusingly similar names and/or brand logo by third parties.

Through this policy we’d like to make it clear how PSA-related projects, organisations, and people can use the PSA trademark. We’d also like to be clear about how use of combination of this words and brand logo is restricted when used to promote commercial PSA Academy services. We do this to protect the very business model that allows us to continue developing and expansion our Academy and International Educational Network.

Under the PSA name and brand/logo in connection with the use of the logo and the name, the following professional fields and services conected defined of PSA protected trademark.
