Teacher Development

Becoming a PSA Trainer/Instructor/Teacher or IQA is a highly attractive position and career.

The PSA offers a range of Professional Teacher training and Development Courses, which length from a few days to several weeks, and provide an expert blend of academic expertise and hands-on experience.

The instructor education will give the new instructor the professional knowledge and tools to become a highly skilled teacher.

Our TDC's consist of two types: stand-alone courses hosted on PSA’s Training Centers premises in Asia, - US and Europe such as Hungary or London in the UK where the participants pay a fixed fee, and tailor-made courses that can be offered at any location worldwide, usually at the client's site, where the commissioning organisation meets all the costs of mounting the course.

As an Instructor you must be prepared to constantly update your knowledge and skills. Therefore, the PSA instructor education courses run by 4 levels.

These are:

•   Assistant
•   Instructor
•   Teacher
•   Master teacher

The instructor education is open to everybody regardless of background and experience.

We would, however, point out that at Train the Trainer we do not only convey knowledge, we live the knowledge and convey a value, accordingly it is important that you are willing to acquire operational experience which is a requirement for if you want to be member and recognized instructor/teacher of the PSA community and family.
