Dr. Vallop graduated from Sri Nakarin Virot University and attended Officer Training Course from Sam Pran Police Cadet the academy of Royal Thai Police in 1973. He later started his security profession career at Hyatt Rama Hotel as the Security Manager.

In the year of 1980, he established his own company named Guts Investigation Co., Ltd. Beginning with fewer than 50 guards, the business rapidly grew to become the pioneer of security industry in Thailand. Presently his Guts Group of Companies has grown to some 15,000 security professionals and is the largest security service provider in Thailand.

Dr. Vallop was honoured with Doctor of Philosophy on Human Resources Development from Ramkamhang University in 2005. He made study trips on security to all major countries in the U.S.A. Europe and Asia. In Thailand, he is regularly invited to present his opinion on the management of security industry to academicians, government and private sectors i.e. The Royal Thai Police, Kasetsart University, Department of Skill Labour Development, Ministry of Labour, Thailand National Safety Conference, Thammasat University etc.

Dr Vallop Kingchansilp was also appointed to attends as the members of many government and security organizations i.e. former Associate Judge of Central Labour Court, Advisor to Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, Subcommittee of Board of Royal Thai Police – Crime Prevention.

Presently, he is the President of Employers Confederation of Thai Business, Committee Board – Social Security Office, Committee of Central Labour Wages – Ministry of Labour, Committee Board of the National Economic and Social Advisory Council of Thailand.

He is also the Chairman of ASIS International – Thailand Chapter, President of Asian Professional Security Association (APSA) – Thailand Chapter, Honorary Advisor of Executive Security Services Association of Thailand (ESSAT)
