President of APSA Malaysia Chapter is the Deputy President of Security Services Association of Malaysia (SSAM / PPKKM).

He is the founder and the Managing Director of AHM Consultancy & Security Services Sdn Bhd since 1994.A graduate of University of Malaya (UM) in Security Strategic Studies and had illustrious career in his 24 years of Police Services with the Royal Malaysia Police Force (PDRM) where he was a deputy OCPD Petaling Jaya, Investigation Officer (I/O), Intelligent Officer at Criminal Investigation Department (HQ), Deputy OCPD Sabak Bernam, Police District, Licensing Officer at Selangor Police Contingent, OCPD Subang Airport Police Station, AI-DE-COMP (ADC) to the Inspector General Police (YDH Tun Haji Haniff bin Omar).

Y Bhg Dato’ Haji Mustapa bin Haji Ali has attended various courses pertaining Security and Management from local and overseas seminars in Holland, Bangkok, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States.

Y Bhg Dato’ Haji Mustapa bin Haji Ali is one of the successful Bumiputra entrepreneurs with his last experience from the Royal Malaysia Police Force turned to business Property, Trading, Security Services and Patrol Kiosk Industry.

His successful careers proven after 16 years in business sectors.
